Seminole County Government Launches Speakers Bureau
Seminole County is introducing a new service for its residents. Effective May 1, 2003 the Seminole County Speakers Bureau will be available to provide informative speakers on a variety of topics related to County government operations.

“With presentations ranging from emergency management to veterans benefits, the Speakers Bureau has much to offer our local organizations, civic groups and clubs”, said Kevin Grace, County Manager. Like Seminole County Government Television (SGTV) and the County’s web site, the goal of the Speakers Bureau is to keep the residents informed regarding County services and issues of interest.

“The Speakers Bureau has great potential. We believe that the response will be overwhelmingly positive and are anticipating numerous requests for speakers”, said Sally Sherman, Deputy County Manager.

The Seminole County Speakers Bureau has over 40 topics with more being added daily.

For more information and/or to book a speaker, please call the County Manager’s Office at (407) 665-7224 or visit the Seminole County web site at www.seminolecountyfl.gov/sbureau.
