Seminole County And The City Of Sanford; A proposed joint planning agreement between Seminole County and the City of Sanford for the purpose and intent of adopting standards and procedures to ensure that coordinated and cooperative planning activities are accomplished to guide urban expansion in a spirit of harmony and cooperation in matters relating to, but not limited to, planning, future development approvals, annexations, and land development regulations.
