A.   Amendment to Land Development Code of Seminole County:

A proposed ordinance allowing the Seminole County Planning and Development Director to grant administrative waivers to lot size and lot width zoning requirements in the A-1 (Agriculture), A-3, A-5, and A-10 (Rural) zoning classifications and within the RC-1 (Country Homes) zoning classification, to implement Seminole County Comprehensive Plan (Vision 2020) Policy FLU 5.19 (Administrative Approval of Waivers to Lot Size and Width) adopted August 13, 2002.
